Saturday Club

The Saturday Club provides day and respite care for special needs children. It gives them the opportunity to spend their time on their own at Hop Skip & Jump, and their parents or carers can have a few hours break, knowing their child is in a safe and fun environment. We offer a variety of activities each week and our staff will encourage the use of all our facilities. The children definitely won’t get bored! The minimum age is five years. After School Clubs

We currently work with several special needs schools in providing after school clubs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, during term time.

We collect the children after school and bring them to Hop Skip & Jump to use all our facilities. We also provide them with a balanced, nutritious hot meal before returning home at 6pm.

Adult Social Club

Friends together!

For anyone over the age of sixteen who has special needs, we hold a weekly social club. This club runs every Thursday evening from 6pm – 8.00pm. There is a wide variety of activities, arts and crafts, sports, games, BBQs and karaoke. The present age range is 16 – 73 years.

Any family with a special needs member over the age of 16 is very welcome to come. We also welcome visitors from any adult residential care home. There are refreshments on sale. It has a very lively atmosphere (up to 70 people some evenings!) with competitions, quizzes and discos, all planned by a committee of the members.
